I have always suspected that blogging was an exercise in personal vanity, so I have refrained from such for quite a few years. But of course I have my own personal vanity and may very well here have been temped by it.
We shall see if all blogging is indeed an exercise therein, or only if mine is

You can disagree with me, even spiritedly. But keep it civil as I am the one hurt by cruelty. I must protect myself from nastiness and will block or ban users if I must.
